You decide how things are handled, from spending approvals to pets, and we put it all in writing and follow it.

3. Find the right tenant

Market pricing, professional photos, and careful screening of every applicant. Already rented? We step in with your current tenant.

4. We handle the rest

Rent, repairs, tenant communication, condition reviews every six months, and a clear statement every month.

Simple pricing

MANAGEMENT

$150 monthly minimum for a single property. No fee in a month with no rent.

TENANT PLACEMENT

Photos, marketing, showings, screening, and the lease. Never a renewal fee.
